My car sat in the port in calif for 5 days before it was picked up resulting in storage charges to me and overall rentalls cost me in excess of 700$ becuswe when the car arrived it was not operational . It cost me 1800$ for repairs, 700$ for rentals , the car was promised to me in 2 1/2 weeks it was almost four weeks when it arrived. I spent 50$ cleaning the car up and i still havent gotten a claim filed because I always get voice mail at customer service. The customer service rep said the car wasnt picked up promptly in the port at la because the rep that booked it underpriced the job so no one wanted to transport the car on land. My car is still being looked at and will spend another 2 to 3 days in the body shop fixing the wheel well ect. I have been dropped like a hot potato. The driver insisted on cash when he delivered the car and wouldnt let me drive the car untill I paid him so I didnt know it was leaking oil and coolant which was a result of the car being impoperly tethered and breaking a cooling line off which resulted in collateraal damages when I fired the car up and tried to drive it. I drove 4 miles and the engine shut down. I had to have it towed to a dealership for repairs
