This is a horrible company/poor communication/they are friendly TO GET your business, once they accomplish this/won't return calls/they set it up with a company with NO INSURANCE. Driver totalled the 7 car transport with all 7 cars including mine and after 5 weeks, determined the company had no insurance. My personal insurance company is subrogating to recoup all costs. Stay away from this company. I wish I had read the reviews beore selecting them.
