Worst customer service ever! Will not refund deposit even after they NEVER picked up vehicle!

My husband and I contacted this company in January to transport our vehicle. In March they still had not picked it up. At this time we cancelled with them and went with another company. I sent them a letter in March, as someone named "Tina" told us to, formally canceling and asked for our deposit of $150 back. It's now the end of June and we are still waiting for the deposit back. I can't get a hold of any one at the company! I leave messages and nobody ever calls back. Horrible!
