WARNING! WARNING! This company brokered the transport of my vehicle from Hawaii to New York. They allowed the vehicle to sit at the port of Long Beach and accrue daily storage fees in the amount of $390.00. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. The BBB has over 80 complaints about this company in the past 36 months and the Florida Attorney General has 14 complaints. My advice is to use another brokerbecause if you use this company, you may never see your car again. I was promise my car on the 23 of April and still have not received it. In fact, I feel like it may never get to me at all. The total price agreed upon by me and them is $2230.00 but at the drop off time, I am being told that I will have to pay a grand total of $2920.00. Very bad company to do business with.

After some going back and forth with higher management we have decided it would be unfair to hold this customers deposit and will be giving MR. Marc a full credit for his deposit and we are very sorry on behalf of Cross Country Auto.
