Wish I had found this site before contracting with this company...many others with the same experience as us. Beth Feldman is a liar who will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you to sign the contract...then Natalie does the "good cop/bad cop" routine saying she is trying to "fix" the problem. We needed out car transported ASAP, and of course were promised just that.
