Ross came from a different company with few bad habits, that was Ross second week with our company and since then Ross fix the way he talk to customer. Sorry for your Experience Emma with Creative Rides but we do everything we can to instruct our personal for respect and courtesy. Because of your location in Oregon the driver ask for extra $50 in order pick up your car out of his rout (227 miles away) the day you requested, You called us back 5 hours after the first call but the driver didn’t wait and drove to pick up others cars in California.
