THe guy called and picked up a day earlier than scheduled. THis was more convient because it was sunday rather than somone having to leave work to meet him during the week. The trailer cannot go down narrow residential streets, so my dad met him at the end of the street. He called when he was in California and told me within minutes of the time he got here. My car was not damaged. No belongings were stolen. The driver was extremely nice. I would definately use their service again!
