I would recommend using another transport company. I secured my res a month out, a day before pickup there has been zero communication. Every time I have called, the response was oh we will call you back. Those calls never happened and now they won’t answer the phone or return calls. I did give them until 5p COB still with zero communication. Needless to say, my car will not be shipped with them on the day that was scheduled.
