The driver was on time on both picking up in Connecticut and even earlier on delivery to Kansas...car was in perfect condition and items were exactly as I packed them in the trunk.
Driver Leo, was very courteaus and friendly.
My only issue with the company was as the date grew closer I had to initate the communication to find out if they got a driver for the time I requested'
