I got a quote to move two cars with Creative for cross country move. The first was picked up no problem. The second car never had a driver. They lied to me and said it was being picked up, they knew that was a lie because another broker looked it up. I called them to find out what was going on when no driver turned up, they ignored me, they ignored my emails, I called their number about 100 times over four days, no response at all, and when I called from a different number they hung up and then ignored that too. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I later found out they put the job out for nowhere near enough money so no one picked it up. I had to switch to a different broker in the end. So look, what is the mark of a good broker? When things go bad, they stay with you and help you. They don’t just ignore you and leave you screwed. If I was basing this on the car that was picked up no problems then I’d say this was a great experience, but the second things went wrong, they did not care, they lie, they didn’t want anything to do with me. It’s disgusting. I hope that this review helps others avoid the terrible and costly mistake I went going with these absolute cowboys.
