I needed the truck to be delieverd ASAP to my son in the Military before he was to be moved again.The company responded very quickly they stayed in contact with me. The driver was great he also stayed in contact and when he got to California he called me ! and my son was able to pick up his truck a full day earlier just down the road . THANK YOU CREATIVE RIDES YOU WENT OVER AND ABOVE this is why they have an A rating with the BBB. I started out looking for a company without the BBB and the company I started with was really giving me the run around not returning my calls told me that the time line I was on was IMPOSSIBLE and couldn't be done. That is when I checked with the BBB and found out that the company had an F rating and they were not licensed or insured. SO my lesson learned was to always use the BBB to check out a company.Creative Rides THANKS AGAIN.
