My husband and I are being transferred to North Carolina and were hoping to spend some quality time together driving from San Diego. We called Creative Rides on the 3rd of June to have a pick up time of the 25th of June thinking that this was more than enough time to find a driver to pick up my truck. As time got closer we became concerned that we hadn't heard back from Michael so my husband and I left numerous messages that were un-returned. Finally when I stated that I would pay an extra amount I heard back from Michael stating that he would call as soon as he had a driver lined up and I even extended the pick up date to the 27th. It is now the 28th of June past both pick up dates and I never received a call back to state any delays. Now my husband and I are going to have to drive in separate vehicles to North Carolina. I am very dissatisfied with Creative Rides and would never reccommend them to anyone EVER. I dont know how you stay in business completely lying to your customers.
