The reason I chose this broker was because they said they would not charge a deposit until the trucking company was set up and the information was given to me. The pick-up was on the day as scheduled. The delivery was one day prior to the original scheduled day. The car was dirty but not damaged. I chose an open trailer so I expected the car to be dirty. I would definitely use Creative Rides again if the need arises. I was given the trucker's phone number so we were able to keep in contact for setting up the exact pick-up and drop locations. Everything went very well.
