Creative Rides Autotransport is a company I would use again, were I to have to move another vehicle. My service agent was Andrew, and I can't say enough about his professionalism. When I first looked into transport, he not only emailed but followed up with a phone call, answering all my questions. He called again at monthly intervals to make sure I had no further questions and to remind me of the impending date to finalize a contract. Although ours was not a route that is heavily travelled, he reassured me that we would find a driver. He was never too busy to talk to me and advise me. On the evening the car was picked up, Andrew made sure I had his cell phone number in case there were any problems. During the period in which the car was transported, he was always available and offered to intercede should there be any problems (which there really weren't).
Anyone who is thinking of moving a car should know that your pickup and delivery date may not always be exactly at the times and on the days you first planned, but this company tries to accommodate, as well as they can. One further recommendation--when it turned out that the price of moving would be $25.00 more than first quoted, i.e. the driver's fee was $25. mroe than originally stated, Andrew gave up his commission, so that we would not have to pay more than the original quote. As I said, Creative Rides is a company to which I would return.
