Although securing a truck took a bit of time and follow-up, Ron was very courteous and responsive when I would inquire. Once a driver was found, the process moved very quickly and professionally. I would suggest that you put your bid in for higher than the average bid/estimate. The drivers select from the list, and alot is based on the price. Once we increased our suggested amount, it was very quick to move things along. Aim high....it will work out better in the end.
The vehicle made it across country in less time then expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The driver of the transport company was very responsive and very friendly and helpful. His name was Romo from Euro Auto Transport (the actual transport company). We were very pleased with the timliness and friendliness of the driver, and the staff that calls to confirm the delivery date and time.
Would highly recommend both Creative Rides Auto Transport and Euro Auto Transport.
