Cowboys was the carrier assigned by AutoStar. Although the pickup was a day later than originally promised, service was excellent overall and I would gladly use Cowboys again. The broker had originally promised pickup on March 21st, but the driver ended up being delayed by one day with a previous pickup in Arkansas. He informed me he would not make it the night of the 21st but would be there the 22nd by 5pm. I wasn't happy about the delay, because I wanted to be on the road first thing in the morning on the 22nd, but that seems to be the norm in this business. He showed up at 5pm the 22nd as promised and delivered my car to its destination within about 26 hours. In fact, if I had not driven all night, I think the truck would have beaten me to Maryland. The driver was courteous and professional throughout, and the car arrived without a scratch.
