This was a horrendous experience. I called this company to ask for the schedule. They told me that they would call me back, but never did. In the end, I had to call the dispatcher, the driver and follow-up on the delivery myself. I picked this company because they promised to pick-up within a 2-day window, but they were two weeks late in picking up the car.
