When I gave Countrywide my $250 deposit on June 1st to pick up my car for transportation they said it would take 2-4 days to get it. 3 weeks into it they said they'd pick it up tomorrow if I paid them more money. 5 and a half weeks later they hadn't picked it up so I cancelled it. They said it would take 7-10 business days to get the money back. 2 weeks later I called and they said they hadn't even put in the request for the refund yet. Today I called and tried to get a hold of the accounting manager because apparently that's the only person that can deal with me and the first time she just stepped out of the office, the second time she was in a meeting, the third time she was at lunch. Finally I talked to the person that answered the phone and told him my problem and he said maybe if I were a little more considerate someone would help me. I was as calm as anyone in my situation could be. He said someone would get back to me when they had the time. Now 2 months after the initially deposit I haven't received my money back and no one will give me a straight answer and that's if I get a hold of anyone at all. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in any industry.
