ON 4/6/09 I POSTED A REVIEW EXPRESSING MY EXPERIENCE WITH COUNTRYWIDE. AS OF 5/22, THE PROBLEM WITH COUNTRYWIDE AUTO TRANSPORT HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THEY ISSUED A REFUND. I DO BELIEVE THE COMPANY IS MAKING EFFORTS TO IMPROVE THEIR OPERATIONS SO THAT EXPERIENCES LIKE MINE ARE NOT REPEATED, AS I WAS TOLD AND DEMONSTRATED.
