My wife and I had such a great experience with Dan at Countrywide we decided to share our experience, as this was our first time transporting a vehicle, let alone all of the way across the country. First and foremost we booked with Countrywide on a tuesday and had a driver assigned and emailed to us the very next day even before the 3-5 day timeframe the associate stated it would be.
After speaking with the assigned driver/carrier we had very specific timeframes we could release the vehicle and to our surprise Vitaly (the driver) was very accomodating. This vehicle is my wifes pride and joy so we made sure that the driver took extra good care during the long journey. I was able to stay in constant contact with our driver and countrywide during the transport, and to our surprise he arrived earlier than the 7-10 days we were originally quoted.
All in all a great experience we would recommend Countrywide to our friends.
