My husband and I transport our cars once or twice a year. We have had every possible bad thing happen during our previous transports with other companies over the years. Our last transport with the previous company was horrible and they took three weeks to pick up our cars. After that, we decided to look for another transport company. Our first two, as well as this transport experience with Countrywide Auto Transport could not have gone more smoothly. Customer Service was perfect. The driver that picked up and delivered was very professional. The communication through email was very helpful. We received feedback immediately when we had questions. We modified our pick-up address just 1 day before the shipment. The change did not affect our price nor the professionalism of Countrywide Auto. We received our vehicles yesterday and are as happy as pie. You never really appreciate a smooth transport experience until you have experience a bad one. So far with Countrywide Auto Transport, our experience has been above and beyond great.
We will with out a doubt, be doing business from now on with Countrywide Auto Transport.
