Set up pickup 2 weeks prior to date needed. Kept calling and emailing a week prior to pickup so I could fly in and meet truck. Nobody would return my calls or emails. Company took my money right away even though all other carriers do it when you receive your car. Emailed 1 week prior to pickup and cancelled becasue they would not return my calls and asked for a refund. They said they would let accounting know and have never gotten back to me. To this day they have not returned my money or called me or emailed me back. Yesterday I had my credit card company do a chargeback becasue this company is a scam.

WE HAD THIS CUSTOMER CONFIRMED AND SCHEDULED WITH OUR CARRIER MILLS TRANSPORT OUR TERMS OF SERVICE CLEALRY OUTLINE OUR TERMS OF SEVICE WHICH IS A 2-3 DAY WINDOW AND 7-9 DAYS LEAD TIME WHICH WAS MET CONTRACTUALLY.
