I submitted a review on CountryWay Transportation and called to advise Paul that I could not give them a good rating due to lack on communication on a recent move I contracted with them to make ... Paul made many excuses about his lack of communication from his computer being broke down to saying he did just what he is supposed to do from a Brokers standpoint ... Paul boasted about having a 5 star rating but never said they were only in business for 6 months and only had been rated by 20 people, I found this information later on the internet ...

Premier Transportation did everything by the book, even called me when they had a mechanical breakdown to let me know they were going to be a day later than expected ... I would call them if I was ever going to make another move such as this in a second because they treat customers right ...


I did a review based on my experience with CountryWay and not long after posting it I got a call from a lady by the name of Sarah who was not happy with the review I gave them earlier ... Sarhah tried to defend everything they did or didn't do and told me she wanted me to change my previous review, I advised her that I wouldn't be changing the review and that she should make sure they change Company Policy and quit with the deception to the customers about their rating and what its based on ... Sarah said she wanted mt to change it so their rating would not be less than what its been ... I doubt my reviews will get on this forum but I hope they do ...

ills vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and perfect condition by Premier Transportation,carrier that we contracted to move his vehicle. AS HE ADMITTED!!! Paul answer every single phone calls and email of his.Throughout the whole process Bill was contacting Paul few times a day just to crack jokes and have an entertainment. Unfortunately, once,Paul did not answer Bills call because he was assisting another customer,which result in Bill calling back using very bad profanity and cursing Paul out.If there was very bad communication on our behalf as Bill stated,then his vehicle would still be sitting on Central Dispatch board ,waiting to be picked up . Ones more. BILL VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP AND DELIVERY ON TIME AND PERFECT CONDITIONS BY THE CARRIER THAT WE CONTRACTED FOR HIM.We fulfill our job and that's the appreciation we get back. What goes around comes around. Have a nice day Bill
