ills vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and perfect condition by Premier Transportation,carrier that we contracted to move his vehicle. AS HE ADMITTED!!!
Paul answer every single phone calls and email of his.Throughout the whole process Bill was contacting Paul few times a day just to crack jokes and have an entertainment. Unfortunately, once,Paul did not answer Bills call because he was assisting another customer,which result in Bill calling back using very bad profanity and cursing Paul out.If there was very bad communication on our behalf as Bill stated,then his vehicle would still be sitting on Central Dispatch board ,waiting to be picked up . Ones more. BILL VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP AND DELIVERY ON TIME AND PERFECT CONDITIONS BY THE CARRIER THAT WE CONTRACTED FOR HIM.We fulfill our job and that's the appreciation we get back. What goes around comes around. Have a nice day Bill
