Pick-up and delivery marked "never" because I cancelled prior to pick-up. Mark Bolton - as I have seen - will reply with his side of the story with my name and number so I will go ahead and provide it...please feel free to contact me for my "experience" (Kevin Howard, 713.824.1884, kevin.howard@odfjell.com). And Mark's / COSMOS' story will - undoubtedly - make me out to be some bad, overbearing, jackwagon...so be it. This was a frustrating and horrible experience.

Read the "contract" carefully as it is extremelyone sided - which is OK if COSMOS would have been upfront and upheld their end of the "contract" - and even if you abide by the contract, "miracles" happen in different time zones (like finding a carrier after looking for two (2) weeks and requesting cancellation mere hours ago) so you are not afforded the opportunity to react and respond.

I lost $50.00 in this "ordeal" which I feel to be a savings compared to the "customer service" received or lack thereof. I would suggest finding another transporter.
