Purchased a vehicle from out of state dealer, was told pickup would be 1-5 days. After 6th day vehicle wasn't picked up, and they could not tell me when it would be. Dealer even called, since they also use this company, and could not resolve issue. Canceled my order, called a different company, vehicle was picked up AND delivered to me in 4 days.
