We initially contacted another carrier to transport our vehicle across the country for a military PCS move. The other company (United Freight...BOOO!) never picked-up our vehicle. Enter panic mode, because it was time to leave the state. So we contacted Cosmos, who, long story short, turned out to be owned by te hubby of an old friend. This company responded very timely to my e-mails and phone calls. Very upfront. They worked around our semi-chaotic circumstances. The truck was picked up and delivered across the country within 5 days. Bottom line: we should have used Cosmos to begin with and save the headache the other guys caused! I appreciated the reliable and honest customer service. We will use them again when we move back to Cali...and they will be recommended to all our friends!!
