Cosmos Auto Transport thinks that they are the boss! They don't schedule pickups and the driver just suddenly arrives, after my SUV wasn't available when the driver suddenly appeared on a Sunday, they have failed to ship the truck, this oddysey started on July 12, and they still have not been able to reschedule the pickup for the truck or refund my deposit.

Don't use them!!! They steal from their customers, claiming false things like a 1996 Chevy Blazer is a very large vehicle!

Besides, they are extremely rude and threatened me that if I was not "nice" I would not get my refund.

Jose has place an order with us on 7/17 and on 7/21 we had it scheduled for pick up on 7/22. When the driver went to pick up the vehicle it was not paid for by Jose and the seller would not release it to the driver.
