TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!
Was told average pick up time was 1-7 days. 24 days later still had no idea when it was going to be shipped. NEVER not once contacted me to give me an update on shipping the car or how long it would take to get pick up. Everytime I called to asked was told "we are working on it." With no further details if the car would ever get shipped.
Finally after 2 weeks was told there are 5000 cars trying to get out of CA, a week later still 5000 cars trying to leave CA. When asked if my car would ever make it, said we are working on it. Customer service was sub par. When asked why it was taking so long and if the car would ever ship was told "that is your point of view" Yeah thanks for nothing.
Went with them b/c they had one of the lower quotes, but they were unable to ship my car out. Now all of my old quotes with other companies are expired and the new quotes are more expensive. So they cost me an extra $75 b/c had to get a higher quote with these other companies.
I thought I would give them a chance despite some poor reviews, b/c they were charging less. Not worth it. COST ME MORE IN THE LONG RUN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
