The lady you spoke with had told me about your racial comments and there si no need for that simply because you didn't get your way. We do not charge the deposit until we have it scheduled for pick up and as far as I know that how every company handles it as well. As far as the dog comment, my take is that less than 5 % of the companies ship more vehicles than we do because our prices are very competitive and our service is very good. It does bogles the mind that someone has made it past the teens and still asks for HIS ball and goes home once he doesn't get his way.
