Our auto transport using Cosmo Auto, Inc.

We picked Cosmo Auto, Inc. primarily for their lower price after comparing with other carriers. We read their customer reviews and they were favorable. The same contact person managed our pick up. We had a narrow pick-up window (Fri. or Sat.) as we had already relocated and the car was at our daughter's home. Cosmo worked with us and were honest that it would take a few extra days to schedule/arrange a pick up with those restrictions. They were able to arrange an evening pick-up and all went as scheduled. Our car was delivered to NC 4 days later. The contracted carrier & their two drivers were always available by phone for updates & where their location and unloading details, etc. We met in a large, accessible area and the driver arrived 5 minutes later. Unloading was completed in 10 minutes and we drove home.

We are very happy with Cosmo (a broker) and 818 Auto Transport (their contract carrier out of Fayetteville, NC) services and will certainly be using them next year for our other auto(s).
