Cosmos did bid the lowest of all the others. I don't think they intentionally mislead me because there seem to be a lot of other satisfied customers on this site. I just think because of the low bid and the timing of my order it was not able to be picked up. I sent in my contract on Aug14th and it is now Sep 6th and it has not been scheduled yet. Now that I understand how this industry works if I need my vehicle by a certain date I will go with a carrier instead of a broker and pay the extra money. If time wasn't a factor I would probably give them another shot because I like the idea of saving money...who doesn't?
