This company is a joke. The people they use are a joke. The only person that was worth it was the driver. He was awesome!

No communication. Pick was a day later than promised leaving my family to wait by the phone for two days instead of one to get a time.

The company they sent me to was rude and unprofessional.

No one returns phone calls or lets you know what is going on.

They might be cheap but you get what you pay for.

Not so, we had Misty Knights (916-284-7043 mmknight84@gmail.com) vehicle scheduled as soon as we received her order but she said she was not ready to release it to the driver although her date available said ASAP. Also we answered every call she has made to our office which to say the least was a lot more than normal. If she wasn't happy with the carrier we apologize but I am a little confused, she praises the driver but says they were "rude and unprofessional". Her primary contact with the carrier is the driver.
