This company was recommended by a friend who transported her car as well from the East to West Coast. The representatives were super helpful, since I asked about 100 questions about the transport. Set up was easy. Pick up went smoothly. I remained in contact with the company regarding pick up. My expected delivery date was Friday or Saturday and then finally Sunday we had set up a delivery time for Monday morning. They were very accommodating to delivery since I had work that Monday which I really appreciated. The car was very dirty at delivery but it was expected (open carrier, on a truck for 12 days). No damage which is what matters. Overall positive experience just make sure you’re not in a rush for your car cause no delivery date is guaranteed, which again is understandable.
