Prompt service to get contract signed and move scheduled. .
Significant damage to furniture valued at $15,000 during transport.
Filed damage claim January 31, 2013. It's June 3, 2013 and no response to date from Continental Van Lines of when I can expect reimbursement of $400+ for damages (based on .$60 per pound).
Very disappointed that Continental Van Lines is not honoring their contract.
