I have been a snow bird, moving my vehicle from NJ to FL for over 12 years. I have used brokers and I have booked directly with carriers. Each method has its pro's and con's. Brokers will lie and carriers will rip you off. Not anymore! After booking my move thru Brian at Continental-Transport, I will never go to anybody else. The manner in which the process was handled could not be anything short of professional. Brian is the first person I have dealt with that handles his moves with honesty and integrity. His knowledge of the industry is second to none. We all know how it works booking with a broker. They low ball the price, charge your card and your vehicle just sits, if it is even picked up. Brian was honest with me. He gave me the best price, that would not only assure my vehicle was moved, but moved safely and efficiently. It is all about the customer service in this industry. Brian always returned my calls and followed up with me upon pick-up and drop-off. I will not use anybody else to move my vehicle. Next spring I will be using Continental-transport!!!!! Great Job!!!!!!
