Avoid at all costs

In short, they took my money. Didn't pick up or deliver my car... just took my money. I was called the day of scheduled pick up, told there was trouble, they'd pick it up much later. I got tired of waiting, spoke to the rep who took my order, spoke to his manager, then spoke to the GM (Ricardo). I asked if I could get my deposit back if I canceled my order, he assured me it'd be no problem. By the way I have this in writing, well it's rapidly approaching a month, still no refund. I'm having to fight with them over these funds... funds for a service THEY NEVER PROVIDED. If they did what they promised, I'd gladly pay them, but basically what they are doing is just taking money from average people. I've emailed them weeks ago... they suddenly don't return calls or emails, how convenient.

WITH EVERY PROBLEM THEY'LL BE READY WITH A SLICK EXCUSE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. AVOID CONTINENTAL AUTO MOVERS AND USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT DOESN'T NEED TO MAKE EXCUSES.
