Complete Auto Sales, Inc. transported my car from TX to CA. They delivered the car a few days late with scratches on the side of the car. Their driver inspected the car at the time he picked up the car. The paperwork at the time they picked up the car did not have any indication of scratches.
The car was delivered a few days late. I noticed two big noticeable scratches on the right side of the car. I called Complete Auto Sales and reported the damage. They asked me to submit two estimates. I obtained and submitted two estimates; the damage is around $2,000.00. I didn’t hear back from them. I called them again; now they want a picture of the damage. And they are telling me that the scratches were on the car at the time it was picked up, despite the fact that my paperwork did not have any thing about these two scratches.
