I have read bad reviews, but I had no problems with Complete Auto. The communication could have been better though. I had to call a few times to get a hold of someone rather than them call me first. But I was always able to get ahold of someone to confirm the situation. Nothing stolen or broken, and just some dead bugs and rain water stains but nothing drastic.

my original pickup date was a sunday but they couldn't come out until monday. no problem. got the car thursday evening.

just use your best judgment and make sure to call and stay on it. it may bother them a little but hey its your car and money.
