I'll start off by saying if you're going to ship your car, give Lou a call! I'm in the military and needed my truck shipped from NJ to WA. I gave Cobalt a call and talked to Lou for about a hour. He explained everything to me. He insured me that he would get my truck out here to Washington. I felt very very comfortable with Lou! He was very honest. When I decided that I would use Cobalt. Lou said that he would have it picked up within 4 days! He contacted me everyday,letting me know what was going on! Sure enough he had my truck picked up in 3 days! I got a call 4 days later saying my truck will be here tomorrow morning. I was very happy and surprised at the fast timing! Overall a great experience with Lou and Cobalt. I would give them more stars if I could! I will definitely be using Cobalt again if I ship my car.
