Let me begin by saying that Lou is the man. He is great with communication, is knowledgeable, and was better than expected throughout the process.
I would not hesitate to ship/deal with Lou again on any level. He is a standup guy.
Cobalt exceeded my needs and expectations. Dealing with them was a breeze. There was a time constraint on pick up of the car, and Cobalt made it work. Consider this was all the week leading up to Thanksgiving.
