I submitted a request for a SUV to be picked up from Charlotte North Carolina to Northern VA. Once i submitted the order online, I immediately received a call from Lou Angel who setup the pickup and delivery immediately. He was very customer oriented and very professional. The price was reasonable and called me back immediately once the pickup in Charlotte North Carolina was scheduled with a driver. But unfortunately the dealer whom I was going to purchase the SUV through decline the offer so i had to call Lou to cancel my order and the pick up. He cancel my order and the pickup without any hassle and refunded me back my deposit. I will always recommend and use Cobalt Logistic Services for any Auto Transport in the future.I've also spread the word to my colleagues and friends to always use Cobalt Logistic Services for all of their Auto Transport needs.
