My husband and I purchased an auto from NY (we live in WA state) and weren't sure if we were going to pick it up and drive it home or have it shipped. After speaking with Joseph, we decided shipping would be the most cost and time effective. Honestly, we were not sure of how the process would go so did some research online, reading many horror stories.The first conversation with Joseph set our minds at ease. Each interaction was prompt, courteous and honest. He explained how the process works and took time to answer our many questions. Joseph kept in great communication and we knew the moment our car was loaded on the truck. Cost was very reasonable for the miles. The driver was 3 days earlier than the earliest quote, which was a huge blessing for us as we have a trip planned and wanted to take the car. Our vehicle arrived with no damage and was a little dusty. We really expected it to be filthy but it wasn't. This was a wonderful experience and we both HIGHLY recommend Cobalt and Joseph for auto transport needs! They will take great care of you auto.
