Joseph did a good job and was available on the weekends to help me. He made the entire process go smoothly. I was really impressed with the great communication. His quote was 40 percent higher than most other quotes that I received, and 2 hours before pickup he called me to tell me that the cost would be another extra 75.00. I was in a bind and had to get the job done, so saying no to the extra cost was not an option. With that said, from my first contact to delivery took 3 days, so I suppose the extra charges did pay off. Overall, the experience was good, and I would definitely consider using Cobalt again for future hauls.
