These guys did a great job communicating. I stay fairly busy with my job, and Joe was persistent enough to keep me engaged without me feeling badgered. Also, I had an interesting situation with the seller, but Joe kept both me (buyer) and seller in constant communication and made the entire affair work smoothly.
