I'm a returning customer after shipping my car from LA to Ohio a few years ago. We had to ship it again from LA to Michigan – and Shawn was great to work with. He's so kind and so patient as I asked questions and he even gave me a returner's discount. He was able to help me switch my delivery location to somewhere closer after I'd realized I picked somewhere too far. I also got my car earlier than expected – which saved me from picking it up during an upcoming snowstorm. Couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically and will definitely be working with Shawn at Coastal Car Transport again! :)
