This was the first time I ever had to ship a car. I did my homework first. I received several quotes but went with Coastal Car Transport. The price and timeframe were reasonable and not overpriced like the others. Henry was my only point of contact and was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my car delivery. 9/3 I received a quote from Coastal Car Transport. 9/4 I called and spoke with Henry to make sure $550 was the total price and there were no extra/hidden charges. He confirmed $550 was all I would pay. I went ahead and booked with them. 9/9 My car had been dispatched and assigned to a truck. Henry provided the drivers contact info. 9/11 My car was picked up and in transit. 9/12 My car was delivered. Henry reached out to me on delivery day to make sure everything was ok. Not only would I use them again, I will recommend them to any family and friends looking to ship a vehicle. Excellent customer service! Very satisfied customer.
