My vehicle was picked up in Maryland late at night on a Tuesday without issue. I believe they got it around 2 or 3 in the am. I received confirmation the next day from the driver Ron, who was very professional and at the same time very nice. They got to Utah just outside of Salt Lake Friday at 3pm! That's over 2000 miles! The drivers must have been going non stop to get my vehicle to me. My house in Utah is basically on a mountain and impossible for an 18 wheeler to make it to the top. I took my roomates car down to the base to get my vehicle and expected to have to walk back down to get my roommates later on after a test drive of my own. My car needed a jump because it had been having battery issues in the past. The drivers did it for me. The car was in great shape. I left it unlocked and all of my valuables were exactly where I left them. Ron politely offered to drive my truck up to save me the trip which was out of his way even though they were on a schedule. The level of service I received from Ron was above and beyond what was called for and I would absolutely give him a call next time a shipped and would recommend him to friends and family. Major relief when everything arrived as it should faster than expected.
