My entire dealings from estimate to delivery with Coastal Auto Transport were excellent. This was the first time I have used a transport service. I would definitely use Coastal Auto again. Kai was honest with me about expectations and the realities of transporting my classic car. He was clear in his explanation of the process and the factors that influence prices. He always asked when it would be convenient to follow up with me while I was evaluating carriers and always was prompt in responding to my calls, emails and questions. Other transport companies that I contacted never returned calls or emails or hounded me with calls and emails saying a truck was in the area to pick up my car (2 months before it was available to be picked up). The price was slightly higher than other quotes I received but my conversations with other companies left me concerned that I would not actually get my car transported when I wanted nor for the price quoted. The hauler was prompt, courteous, efficent and communicated well with me regarding pickup and delivery. My car was delivered without any damage. I would highly recommend Kai and Coastal Auto Transport for this service.
