MY CAR WAS REPOSSED, AND I HAD TO PICK IT UP IN VIRGINIA. BEING UNABLE TO GET IT, I CONTACTED COASTAL AUTO TRANSPORT CO. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION, AND THE CONTACT PERSON WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING, AND WORKED DILIGENTLY TO GET MY VEHICLE. SHE GAVE ME A WEBSITE THAT I COULD COMPARE PRICES, AND POSSIBLY CHOOSE ANOTHER BROKER. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HER THAT I DECIDED TO USE THEM. THE DIFFERENCE WAS NOT GREAT. THE CARRIER USED (JONNY D TRUCKING) WAS ALSO VERY ACCOMODATING. MY VEHICLE ARRIVED ON TIME AND IN VERY GOOD ORDER. BOTH THE BROKER AND THE CARRIER STAYED IN CONSTANT CONTAC WITH ME. I WOULD DEFINETLY USE THEM AGAIN, AND WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO ASKS. I AM SUBMITTING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.
