I spoke with Phil White and he is straight and upfront with you the whole step of the way. He will not mislead you and charge you upfront like most do. He doesn't charge his broker fee until the vehicle is ready for pickup. Once the vehicle is on way he maintains his contact with you and will never lie to you or mislead you.
